Hmm... says Ubi Soft is in charge of managing and publishing. Weren't they the ones behind the SB trainwreck?

Axecleaver

I think they just published it, Wolfpack were the developers.

Nari

Nah, that's the enter the matrix FPS.  I believe the site Sod showed is for a MMO.

Caohmin

Has anyone seen the movie yet? I can't go until this weekend.

I saw it - my brief comments:

After seeing the movie, and THEN reading the spoiler-rich reviews, I can't believe how many of the reviewers DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE MOVIE! Trust me, if any review you read says "they left too many dangling plot threads," or questions who a character is or what their motivations are, the reviewer was not paying attention.

Given that, the movie does start out slow, and the middle suffers from the "courier mission" mentality of some of the poorer-written AD&D modules. However, the arch-villain's soliloquy is almost as neat, meta-plot wise, as Morpheus' "Matrix 101" session with Neo in the first film.

I'd give it a thumbs up, but I didn't have time to sit through the Revolution trailer tacked to the end of the film, so I'll see it again and see if my opinion changes.

Thanks, Sod.

"No, freak."

Um, pot, kettle, black...

I've heard mixed reviews. I guess the key is to not expect too much; no movies ever really live up to their hype. As long as there's kung fu and lots of stuff being blown up I'll be happy.

Edit - Grats on 800 posts you freak

I had the opportunity to see it at 8am on Wednesday morning at some promotional event that one of our vendors put on.  Overall, I enjoyed it.  If I wanted to come up with some complaints, they might be that some of the fight sequences were dragged out (if that's even possible), the movie was a little slow early, and the foreshadowing/dream sequence makes some good parts of the movie seem like a repeat (uh, because they are).  Still, it was a good movie.  There were even a few funny lines.  Aside from the lipstick reference (the theater cracked up at that one), my favorite quote was: "Shut your hole before I put you in one" or something to that effect, LOL.
