SATs suck!

well guys tommorw (thusday) i start my SATs all the way through next thursday, this realy sucks, LOL

I got 630 verbal/730 math, I felt like I f'd up the verbal part. Goddamn analogies.

Most of the schools I wanted took ACT as well, so I just took that one once and got done with it.  Somehow that didn't seem as bad, although the scores only go into the 30's so it's not quite as granular of a score as the SAT gives you.  I think I got a 29, was pretty happy w/ it.

600 verbal/700 math when I took it junior year and I figured that was good enough so I didn't retake it.

Can't remember what I got on the PSAT other than I could have qualified to be a national hispanic scholar but I'm white.

I scored in the 99th percentile on that one somehow, and the State of Michigan awarded me some sort of merit scholarship for like 3k or something like that, which at the time was a pretty good chunk of my tuition.  Then I got a letter in the mail stating that because of my parents' income, they had 'adjusted' my award... to $0.  The kicker to all of this is that my mom at the time was a Home Engineer (i.e. stayed at home) and my dad was a deputy sheriff.  Everyone knows cops bring home huge $, right?  WTF?!?

That still grinds my ass when I think about it.

I got a 720 verbal 600 math...yeah math sucked. I was bad at it, and they never explained to me that you could figure out the mass of a galaxy using it. It was always trains and stuff.

So does this mean you guys are smarter than me? This does not make me happy. I'm not younger either...I can only hope I'm better looking. ;-)

Why did Buffalo burn their first pick on a QB? Are they trading Bledsoe? Or did they just figure they were so perfect they didn't need any new people and wanted some sparkly bench warmers.

Bledsoe's getting pretty old. Nothing wrong with having a rookie backup that can learn something from the veterans while they're still around.

Now why did dallas trade their first round pick to buffalo when they could have had any RB in the draft? The guy they picked in 2nd round probably isn't any better than the RB they have now.
