How long do they keep chars on the server?

I believe as long as your account is active your characters are there... In others words, Mythic gets its money every month your chars are there... No money? No characters.

they keep all characters indefinetly...they arent deleting them unless your account has been banned

so tydd's characters, for example, are still available if he wants to reactivate his account <hint hint>

Cao what a good example a fake enthusiasm.  I've debating coming back.  

AC2 just isn't keeping me hard anymore.  And I don't know what I'm going to do.

Just curious, what exactly is the point of games like AC2? Isn't it just PvE till you hit the level cap then hunt for items?

That's part of what I'm trying to figure out.   With AC the level cap was so far away that it wasn't feasible for me to reach it.  So I stayed happy exploring the island and doing the quests.  

Well with AC2 I'm already 37 and the cap is 50.  So I could reach it quickly if I was hot and horny to get to it.  And as for exploring.  Not much to explore anymore.  The land scape just doesn't hold the same 'oo ahh' factor that the first one did for me.  And the quests?  Bah DAoC quests were more epic.  And that's saying alot.  I did join a PVP server in hopes that that would offset the bad stuff but the characters are badly balanced.
