I've played DAoC for 2 1/2 years and I don't know what he's talking about. The leveling system in that game is a total camp-fest and that haven't done anything to change that. In fact, the addition of ToA just made it even worse with specific monster-type XP needed for leveling artifacts.

Oh, and if he means those stupid level 40 and 45 RvR "quests" that net you 3 bubbles of XP for taking a merchant keep and zerging your way to RR3, he's full of crap.
