I managed to claim Surs with a roving claim party made up of 4 or 5 guilds. I wanted Berk but Plantagenet took it, then released it a few minutes later to take Bold. lol whatever...

There are hookpoints on the keep, shift-right click them to have them come up. You can set guards on the hook points. Wizard guards are pretty good, they have a mean dot and great range. Infiltrator guards see through stealth so they can lock down a keep pretty good. Clerics heal you sporadically.

I am not sure if the guards you buy last forever; they seem to on Pend but the patch notes say they don't. I'm not sure.

My game kept crashing with my crappy video card in the frontiers. Everywhere else the game has been playable. I'm going to try the SI client as soon as I can download all the updates. It's a wierd coincindence that my video card finally craps out the day before NF comes out.

Looks like I need to go shopping.

I gave up after I LD'd twice. It wasn't much fun having a 3 second delay between actions either.

It got better as the night wore on, though I did finally end up LD and not able to log back in.

They knew they had these lag problems. I hope they fix them soon. NF is may lead to some pretty serious addiction for me.

Artifacts are lvling pretty well to btw.

man, I hope so.  that damned egg doesn't level for sh!t in old RvR, and I can only hope for so many charity Necropolis farming parties.

lol... I started out last night with my egg 98% to level 3. I got something like 3-6k RP and the damn thing never moved. In short, more necrofarming in order.

Now that I have my uber 2h spec I... well I guess I will kind of suck for pve. But if the cleric holds aggro I can do some mean damage with my 2h cold hammer side chain. /pwn

damn, guess I'll have to use the new lowbie grouping code to plvl a pally (on red's acct) w/ my necro (on pheun's acct) so the pally can then plvl my cleric's egg.  ghey.

I'm betting Soq can hold aggro so you can get you positionals off. And if not, now he's got his own 10-sec stun side-positional chain.

No more Dodger, though. Gotta see how he holds up in PvE without it.
