Apparently a cleric can BOF and spreadheal a necro regardless of range -- long as they're in the same zone. lol go mythic...

woot!  You can take your Ice Wizzy/Minstrel combo and go stun gank yourself!.  Me and my Necro will soon rule the world!  Or at least rule a zone until I get zerged!

That sums it up.  In my opinion, necros will be crap until they get to be yellow con.  At least level 48.
