Guys, The game voice thing is really worth using.. im not sure if would help raid cordination more than just making normal exp or Rvr sessions alot more fun.. it can get confusing when too many ppl are on it talking at once.. We should definately try it out.

I've got the GameVoice too, but I don't have it hooked up (mainly because it only seems to pass thru two speakers, and I've got surround sound hooked up).  I'd be happy using a utility like this or Roger Wilco, whichever the group prefers.

Kirin and Pesa use an application called Gamevoice.  It is a Microsoft product.  You can look at http://www.gamevoice.com/gamevoice.asp for more information about it.

I also have this just have not hooked it up for awhile.

I know a lot of people do use it ingame. Kirin and Pesadilla use that or something similar, I think. In terms of how I feel about it... I think it's fine.

I'm willing to give it a shot and see how it works out.

Of course this means we'll be hearing a lot of angry wives in the background. Hope that doesn't distract anyone. ("Who the hell are you talking to in there? Quiet down!")

Roger Wilco would be nice for raid and scout coordination. What do you guys think?

The only real problem with DF is that xp-wise, it's not a very safe place to level up. If you don't care about dying repeatedly it's a lot of fun.

The thought that finally occurred to me about DF is...RvR should have been like this all along.  If the three frontiers were balanced, dropped loot, and were rewarding, DF would never have been needed.

I got down to the tougher parts yesterday. It's pretty cool. Died a couple of times; xp was a wash. Got 10 diamond tokens in roughly 2 hours, but others in my group did better, I think. You know how lucky I am with the levelling and such.

The cook room is pretty good for the sapphire seals. There's nothing on the diamond list I particularly yearn for, but the sapphire list has a sweet jewel of arms, +2 to all weapon skills (incl. 2handed) that I need another 9 sapphires for. I think I can solo sapphire mobs with some risk, duo them with low risk.
