Here's a nice post from the Scout TL describing when you can critshot in RvR. Good info for everyone who wants to avoid being critted, too.

Incidentally, they just announced today that the new pallie team lead will be the guy who is the current tradeskill lead. He seems to manage to communicate things with people regarding tradeskill stuff, and so I view this as a potentially good change.
I must say, I'm content with my damage output OVER time now (at least in PvE), I can outdamage a scouts normal arrow shots with both my dots stacked, and even better with my pet in. I'm sure this comes more in line if they were the ones doing the pulling with a crit shot. My only real gripe is how quickly I die in RvR, I know I can nearsight, but its reall a moot point when their skald and warriors are rushing you, and a caster, 2 hunters, and a runemaster targetting you. and believe me, it happens!
Wonder how they pick the TLs? I think Cabalists could use a good spokesperson. Hell, even most of the Albion people on the boards think we could use some upgrades. Probably due to perception though. I still wish i had some more group friendly abiliteis, such as concentration buffs.
ah friday mornings, most boring day of the week.

well i can answer yyour question how they are picked one of two ways
1. he is choosen by the out going TL to replace his/her slot
2. a suggestion is made by the other TL's who they think in traveling with said class would make a good TL for that class.
or
3. they leave it empty and no one is a TL for that class.
