From the sporadic newsletter: "We have made the decision to move our ship date for the US and Europe to the first quarter of 2008."

Here's my favorite line. "It is EAs ongoing commitment to quality that will allow us, and other EA studios, to deliver great games, now and in the future."

I also submitted an app for Vengeance to participate in the guild beta.

Just read the newsletter and not really surprising I suppose. I'm having fun in DAoC. For all it's problems it's still a really fun PvP/RvR game, especially when you're uber like me.

That sucks Asup. I'm hoping I get at least my 6 month break before I get railroaded to the sandbox again. We'll see I guess. I bet I get deployed just after WAR's release :(

Your commander has to sign off waiver for you to deploy within six months of a short tour. Any decent commander will deny signing it. Hell, we are having an exercise a month here. So our first exercise during the Phase 1 part my commander denied my waiver so I couldn't play for a day during the Phase 1. But bet your ass I played in Phase 2 of it.

Yeah, that's true...but if my commander has no balls, it will be easier to get screwed. We just finished our ORI here, so I feel your pain.

Caoh, how are the RPs flowing now that the bonuses have been reduced?

Some nights are better than others. I run in a zerg mostly so they're not even close to what you can make 8v8; 50 or 60k on a decent night.

Finally made it to the the top 25 armsman on the cluster:

Ok just had to copy and paste this post from the Caerleon boards:

"I'll tell the abra story so all know what happened to him. I know him quite well, I've visited him in Sicily since i moved to germany recently. After doing his push to rr12, he developed tendinitis in his elbows from repeated actions etc... He can't play until he gets better per doctors orders lol. So in the mean time, he has given me his account to keep active, and use for crafting etc. I play it from time to time, but my fotm is my bainshee atm heh. Everyone i have told about this has lol'd at the fact he fked his body due to playing 15 hours a day rofl"
