Prior to this I have not charged guildies for crafted items(they were paid for by profits from sales to non- guildies) unless i was broke, but I am gonna start to charge and use proceeds to fund guildie crafting like spellcrafting, alchemy and weoponcraft. When we have a 1000 level crafter in all crafts then i will go back to not charging guildies. If you can't afford it--it is no problem u will get what u need-- so no worry.
I am going to try to keep 500 gp on me(to have enough to buy materials for new orders) and donate anything over 500 to guild craftsman-- so when u pay me u are indirectly funding guild craftsmen which in turn will benefit you.
Below are the lev 10 duskwood staffs available and prices I charge:
1) Quarterstaff(Friar only) 15.0 dps/3.0 spd. 196 gold for 98% quality and 294 gold for 99% quality
2) Shod Quarterstaff(Friar only) 15.5/4.2. 253 for 98% and 379 for 99%.
3) Heavy Shod Quarter Staff(Friar only) 16.5/5.0. 299 for a 98% and 449 for a 99%.
4) Staff 14.9/4.5. 155 for 98% and 232 for 99%
5) Shod Staff 15.5/5.0. 212 for 98% and 317 for 99%
6) Heavy shod staff 16.5/5.5. 254 for 98% and 381 for 99%.
The best staffs are the Heavy shod quarterstaff for friar and the Heavy shod staff for casters.
Believe me I am not getting rich from this(I presently have about 200 gold) but it is a good way for you to get the crafted items you need and a way to fund guild craftsmen.
Fletchers can also make instruments, crossbows, longbows and shortbows.
If you have to have 100% quality it is only a 1/50 chance to hit. In that case I just ask the person who wants the 100% to pay for materials and I make for free. The cost for material for a 100% staff for 50 attempts ranges from 1.4 to 2 platinuum. There is no guarantee that I can hit in 50 attempts either but could hit in 2. Yesterday I made a 100% quality Heavy shod quarter staff in 25 attempts(1.1 plat in material) but it could have taken 100-- just don't know. If you wanna try-- i will give it a go.
