Great documentary on the mmorpg industry. Not sure when the show originally aired, but it has interviews with Mark Jacobs, Sanya, Scott 'Lum' Jennings, Richard Garriott, Raph Koster and a bunch of other industry bigwigs. It also has interviews with tons of players and talks about a lot different aspects of the genre.
Interesting interview with Koster. He talks about UO and SWG a great deal but there was one part where he talks about the friends and relationships that are made online and how it's 'more than just a game.' He tells a very poignant story about a friend on a MUD who had died and the community she had built up in that game.

I wish I were Richard Garriott's adopted son. He's got a cool pad in Texas.
They did a auick tour of his house. It's very cool.
FYI - here's a link to Raph Koster's personal website. Some great general info about game design and the mmorpg's.
