Title: A quick hello and goodbye
Post by: Atomic Frog on Mar 27, 2003, 11:29 AM
Just wanted to let you guys know that I have taken over the Thunndar / Shaddow account. I've been playing since day one but am fairly new to Albion as well as this server. The previous owner was supposed to De guild but failed to do so. I'll be logging Thunddar on tonight and deguilding, not because I have anything against Vengeance, in fact I plan on applying for membership once I have learned the class a bit. Just from scanning through the boards here, I can tell that this is the type of guild I'll be seeking. I have already spoken to Axecleaver and he agrees that this is the best course of action.

I'm pleased to know that Vengeance doesn't let just anyone in, I've never been partial to "Catch-All" guilds. Also, I have no illusions about the perception of people who play toons that they didn't level, so I am going to put my nose to the grindstone and learn the ins and outs of the Friar, and his role in RvR. (Not even gonna try to learn the Necro at this point)

Please, by all means, keep an eye out for me in game. If you need extra bodies for raids, epic quests, or RvR groups, keep me in mind. I don't know anyone on this server and am eager to add some names to my friends list...  I look forward to getting to know the members and hopefully learning from them on the battlefield.

Watch out for the two idiots called Caohmin and Rosslyn.  They are the bad seeds in Vengeance.

ALL HAIL THE PURPLE MONKEY

wow, that didn't take too long, lol. (tydd ripping on me, that is)

I'd love to group w/ Thunndar in RvR.  It's always nice to have a cleric/friar combo for buffing, esp. the resist buffs.  How is Thunndar specced, anyway?

Thunndar, holler if you need any play advice, on an honest gear/spec evaluation for the character. I even have some nice lvl 50 gear if Thundarr doesn't have a SC'd set yet.

Also, I'm a raid leech. I was only there for 4 hours of last night's 6-hour Sidi raid, and still managed to sneak off with some friar gloves. Thanks Duran!
