Can't see your pic, but was it an intercept? I can intercept for 1 damage a lot of times.

Still, 542 + proc against a Hero isn't too shabby ;)

That's because intercept sucks for damage returns.  You're getting an extra % damage on him because of it.

When you intercept it reduces your AF to 0, IIRC.
