I had fun at the undead families yesterday. It was nice to get to hang out and blast a few enemies again.

Yeah, that was definitely a good time. I'll have to do that w/ Pheun sometime as he can use the cash and Ross would probably be better served at a place with a little better xp. That was a fun session though, the company more than made up for any XP I could have had elsewhere. :)

Still trying to find the holy grail in Albion: a spot where you can earn a commensurate monetary reward for the amount of time/effort put in. DF diamond groups set the bar pretty high - families used to beat them before they nerfed the amount of salvage you get from drops in SI.
The IGN boards say Dartmoor is almost as good as DF - salavge values as good as the familes pre-nerf. However, the effort required to get in there seems to balance it out, making it a relatively unattractive farming spot.

Eh, I don't think getting in to a dartmoor farming spot is difficult. No one is familiar with going there to farm, so getting/assembling people there will be the difficult part.
I'm willing to try it.

Dart was fun yesterday. Well, until we got overwhelmed. =)
Overwhelmed? In Dart? Me and Ross were able to duo there, taking 5-6 yellows/oj's at time just the two of us. Methinks you are suffering a serious friar deficiency...

Bah, how many drops did you get? 2 hours work, 3 drops... haven't salvaged them yet, but I'm betting at least 100 asterite worth (hammer, chain vest and thruster). Phat lewtz!

In fairness, that stuff also included several (5 or 6, I think) polearms that I no longer needed after respeccing. But yeah, there were some decent drops in Dartmoor. :)
I think we got 5 or 6 drops for the couple hours that we were there. Which need to be salvaged if anyone would be so kind. =)
If I'm on in any capacity, I'll normally find a break where I can log Nari and scrap whatever you have, no sweat. Just look for me.

I don't think dartmoor was worth it for the drops. Families are better imo. Dart is good experience though. Mutti got a nice glowy hammer for her cleric too.
I'm willing to try dart again so I don't discount it just yet. If we had two groups of vengeance (including lowbies, so one group of 50's) we could take down pretty much anything there aside from the two obvious baddies.
I have a 50 fire wizard and I'm still debating whether or not to turn him in to cold. It would be nice group farmage, but fire is good for everything else.

your right though, we're great for farming, but in other situations a lot is left to desire...though DD+snare and DD+Debuff are pretty nice, even if the debuff is only 10%
