I was goofing around on Pendragon this morning, and when I talked to N'chever in Wearyall he said,
"Your necklace looks pretty worn out, hand it back to me and I'll fix it good as new"
My durability was still 100%, but I'm guessing this will fix quest items back to 100% durability.

Yeah, they put in a patch a few patches ago, that caused the condition of all the Stone of Arawn items to drop to about 80% durability. The following patch they said "you can hand them back in to get the durability restored"
Too bad that doesn't work with all the other quest items.
