Enyalio's boots -- level 5 reverse proc disorient (-20% melee tohit), level 10 caster speed buff, 10 minutes every 15. Who wouldn't want that? Uber. Chain/plate only.
Dream sphere -- level 10 morphs your whole group into pantherform, neato and tough to pick out the squishies
cyclops eye -- level 5 stealth lore, level 10 realm lore gives detailed info about a target, nice scout shield, just eye candy for other classes.
Golden scarab vest -- quite a chore to level, but quite a nice infiltrator vest. level 5 -- +3% to all melee resists above the cap; level 10 -- reverse procs nearsight and either snare(uber) or melee speed decrease of 35%(uber). Not sure whether the shapechange is a proc or a usable feature, but you can supposedly change targets into scarabs or... something... nobody got it to work yet.
Harpy Feather Cloak -- lots of rumors (Sodom's post in Gear lays this out nicely), but 10% melee speed boost and 3 6% resists, omg nice! Plus the disarm proc... unbelievably uber. Blockbot with a disarm proc would be pretty sweet.
Healers embrace -- level 5 instaheal 250 (350-400 in practice), level 10 is a 1500 radius PBAE heal for 33%. Uber zerg warfare.
Traldor's Oracle -- beyond uber caster staff -- 5% to cast speed, 5% 5% debuff to all item-based resistances (!), 5% chance to use no power when you cast, AND at level 10 has a 5% chance to bypass ALL resistances on a given cast. Oh ya plus 50 focus to everything and to top it all off it's a 13.5dps staff, blue con, so it'll never decay in the hands of a level 50.
Traitor's dagger 5% melee speed boost, 10% melee damage boost, level 5 -- procs summon elemental (like theurg pet I assume), pretty sweet! Would be great to proc this on a fleeing assassin after he snares you. level 10 -- uber vampiric mist gets summoned and lifetaps your target -- basically a DoT on him, which then heals you. Most uber indeed. Downside is it's a 15.3dps weapon (!) but sounds like a uber offhander if it boosts your mainhand damage. Also has a /use that turns wielder into panther, neato.
Tartaros' Staff (http://www.cox-internet.com/techiechic/daoc/Atlantis/TartarosGiftComplete.jpg) Uber friar staff, procs a mana replenish (friars burn power with haste/end regen in battle), 5% melee speed, 4% melee damage, 5.6 delay. Level 10 is a rather lame insta DD when item is used.
Staff of God (http://home.comcast.net/~v0n/staffofgodlvl10.jpg) AE 700 radius unbreakable snare... omg nice... stealth lore at level 10.
Shades of Mist (http://members.optushome.com.au/cblues/Daoc/shadestatslvl10.jpg) Stealth lore at level 5 (4?), melee speed 5%, level 10 gives 100% 200 point ablative, lasts 10 minutes, use every 15.
I think Nari wanted a sword that drops in the same area. Not sure on that though. I believe he said he wanted Battler, he can correct me if i am wrong :)

a. get credit for the encounter personally and
b. combine the scrolls at which point they become untradeable, which you then
c. use to activate the artifact at which time you
d-z. spend the rest of your life begging people to help you XP it to level 10.
