Great Post (http://vnboards.ign.com/message.asp?topic=59886620&replies=15) on how exactly buff values are calculated. Short form:
buff delve x Mastery of Arcane bonus, round down...
x bonus (1.25 for spec, base bonus sliding scale depending on enhance skill vs. base buff level), round down...
x ToA +enh% bonus
This works for friars and clerics.
WTB toa +%enhance gear, pst :)
Yeah, if I can get gear totaling +9% Enh, I can drop the 14 points I wasted on Aug Acuity 2 and MoA 3 :/
awsome buff calculator worsheet for excel. you can enter in your cleric's level, his enhance, MoA level and ToA armor and it will tell you exactly what your buffs will be doing.

i'd assume you could use it to figure out what your base buffs at least are doing too sod
And my spec self-buffs. Just because I can't share 'em doesn't mean they ain't important to me. ;)
