So, as I was playing last night a message would pop up on my screen that didn't really make a whole lot of sense to me. It happened several times and each time I read the message and said 'Huh?' then clicked ok and carried on.

It turns out that every one of those messages was some gold spammer getting his account banned. Warhammer has a crack team whose sole purpose is find and ban these guys immediately. They're not waiting to find a bunch and then ban them all at once. They ban them as soon as they find them.

once i figured out what those were, I was having a little celebration at the keyboard each time it happened. I'm way more likely to report a gold spammer now that I know it may actually result in some action.
yea, ive reported 6 or 7 of them over the last few days. go go banhammer.
Likewise, it's a good customer relationship tool. I haven't actually seen any of the people I report get banned, but I'm looking forward to it.
