I used FRAPs to capture it and them Window Movie Maker to edit it. I was in the mood for Fur Elise so that's why I chose that music.
Enjoy.
Was in the store yesterday with Shanghi holding the GW box and almost bought it. Give me a detailed review with the pros and cons. I may pick it up just to check it out.
As far as a review? Here ya go.
Pro:
Free - They plan on financing it with semi yearly chapters that you purchase.
Instanced areas - There are cities or towns were you hook up with a party. But once you leave the city or town the entire area belongs to just you and your party. You never have to worry about camping or waiting in line for a something.
Henchmen - Can't find a group or just feel like soloing for a bit? Build your party with henchies. They are comparable level to the area and will follow you like little lemmings. The AI isn't perfect but they are working on improvments. They don't cost anything up front but will take a share of the loot and xp.
Balanced play - All classes seem pretty balanced.
Live updates - No need to bring down servers to load updates. If you are playing when they release one they just push it down your pipe and when it's done they tell you a new update is available and to relog.
Trade Skills - Not needed. They have trade NPC's. You gather the materials and talk with the NPC. Pay a required amount and they give you the item.
I didn't feel like I was working while I was leveling. If you go from mission to mission, different than quests, you follow a nice storyline and you get good xp. By the time you get to the spot where you can do Team PVP you are maxed at level 20 and ready for it.
PVP and RPG characters - You can choose to start just a PVP character. If you do this it starts at level 20 with good equipment and skills. All you can do with them thou is PVP.
Collision detection - In the instances you have collision detection so you can use warriors to protect the casters. Or block someone against a wall.
Missions, Quests, and PVP - What do you feel like doing today?
Your storage is shared between all characters.
You don't have to fly for 20 minutes to get to a city you've already been to. In GW you pull up your map and click on the city. Boom you are there.
Cons:
Free - You sometimes come across idiots that wouldn't be playing if the game wasn't free.
To add someone to your party you have to be in the same city/district. Unlike wow where you can build your party from anywhere.
Limited skill selection in instances - You can only take 8 skills into fights. This makes you think more strategically before going into a fight. Some people like this and others don't. I personally like this.
No Auction - Kinda reminds me of AC when we had to go to a city and yell out our wares.
You can only have 1 million gold in your storage and 100k on your character.
Only have 4 characters on your account. Most people have 3 rpg and 1 pvp.

That's a pretty sweet feature. Are you at a distinct disadvantage due to gear or are they viable?
The developers tried very hard to make gear a non issue as far as advantage and disadvantage. By the time your RPG character is ready for PVP you should have the best equipment that is available. Now you can decide to spend more and get better looking armor but it still has the same AL level.
