My subscription expired and it is unlikely that I will renew before November. Football and Robotics are timeconsuming, and I really want to focus on doing well with the Robotics competition. I'm project manager and if I do well, I have a great chance at a $30k+ internship and a well-paying job ($40/hr) right out of college. Plus, I broke my hand last Friday during the game, so I really couldn't do much anyways.
Work hard on that stuff Yaz, it's way more important than WoW. That said, I hope we see you ASAP when football is done. :)

No website for the project. Just got it yesterday, and it looks like the game this year is much tougher than it has been in the past. It usually is something just like 'pick up object, move to scoring area.' This year, two guys have to work together controlling the robot and it has to do a lot more object manipulation than usual... it is supposed to be 'mission to the hubble' so if anything is dropped it is considered space junk. The robot is pretty much going to be all arm/claw, the mobility is taken care of by the second driver.

there used to be a console game--im talking from the 80s here-- that was football but it was played by robots and they exploded if they held on to the ball too long. and if you won games you got $ to outfit your robots better. it was fun, i think.
