I've found myself wondering if I could eat a three foot rack of ribs in one sitting. That's kind of the same thing.
Only if you eat the whole cow and it's hooves tear through your stomache and stick out of your torso and then you bleed to death and someone else comes along and eats your head; then, yeah, it's pretty much the same. =P
