Vengeance

Thanks to all who came out to help claim and defend Bledmeer last night.

I believe Zutroy was first on the scene, assisting on the raid in the first place.  Others of us showed up later, and once we got to eight Reinn claimed that puppy.

The 'attack' was slow in coming, starting with a small group of Mids trying to lure people out of the keep and down the hill to kill them.

After 4-5 hours of standing around, the Mids finally decided to come play.  They took both doors down, but we beat them back at the lord room (without my dead body).  Level 10 guards help.  (yes Axe, we burned some bounty points on this one, but only when we were under attack, and man did we have fun with them)

I want to thank everyone for helping, and especially for remaining patient for a LONG period of time, and not taking the bait that the Mids were giving us.  Others were dying to RP farm, but we held tight.

According to the Herald, which may not be updated, we lost it at some point.  I'm logged in the Lord room, so we gotta go take it back.  :)

Bledmeer was awesome this weekend. Feel free to burn the BP's on bled defense, that's what they're there for. More important than taking 5th place in the realm, IMHO anyway.

One point to mention, when you change upgrade levels, you get charged the new upgrade price immediately. So don't switch back to 1 and then to 10 again right away. You're charged the BPs hourly, so do a /gc info and if you want to downgrade from 10 to 1, wait for the refresh to get to like 5 minutes or less. If that didn't make sense talk to me ingame.

Makes perfect sense, and I thought that's how it worked, so that's how I played it.  Left it at level 10 when I logged and asked Darith to take over, still had about 45 minutes at the time.
