Hey guys, just been wondering all summer after checking the herald 10 times and thinking i must have missed him, where the hell did Falco/DIllon go?
Asherah started playing a little more recently, and I know she reads the boards. Hey Ash, where's Dillon?
I thought falco/dillon quit the guild after a /gc dispute w/ another guild member. Am I remembering that correctly?

Damn I must have missed that! What happened?
O_O wtf?!......
I'll be sure to get online tonight, give me a /tell then and I'll be sure to share the details of what I recall. I don't want to spew stuff all over the boards when it might not even be the same issue.
Spew Ross, Spew!!! I miss all the juicy ones... :-(
Well, in a nutshell I believe that there was a "tactical disagreement" between Falco (playing an alt) and Snoochy, and the disagreement was escalating and spamming the /gu chat. After a few people mentioned that they should tone it down, I sent each one a tell asking them to refrain from berating the other for a minute while I privately spoke to them both, and before I could get back to Falco he quit the guild, and logged on with his other chars and quit the guild. It's a bummer that something like that happened, but my personal feeling is that this must have been a "straw that broke the camel's back" kind of thing because people typically don't quit guilds over a single disagreement with another guildy (or being asked to stop spamming /gc for that matter).
Sorry for jumping into that one, but none of our officers were online.
Wow, that's a spur of the moment thing (sorta). Had a similar situation with Ceri (sp?). Sucks that people just can't all get along...
It is a shame yes...however Dillon/Falco did what he felt best at the time. I can well understand his fustration- he left to avoid further difficulties with this particular char (alt?). I hope to see him back in the future, as I know I have had a lot of tells from people asking where he is. (hint, hint) :)
I'm disappointed to hear of this... I try to stay aware of what's going on with all of my people, regardless of level or how often they play.
If there was a problem with another member, he should have come to me, even if he had to wait a day or two to talk to me.
On a side note, if any of you decide to leave Vengeance at any point, I feel very strongly about you talking to me first. There have been people in our history who didn't fit in and left the guild, and we've remained good friends. Folks like Dieter and Viconia, for example, who left due to time zone problems and having no one else to play with. There have also been folks... you know who you are... who spoke to me about a dissatisfaction I was able to address and resolve.
Thanks, Mr. Belvedere!
