They dropped the ball on this one. Thats not very good either when the game is just bairly hanging by a thread.
I read that the same thing is happening with Warhammer accounts too
1. Notice subscriber numbers dropping
2. Make up for it by billing everyone a bunch of times
3. Make a run for it

I had this happen with Horizons during the first few months, they billed everybody three times. They were having some cashflow issues so I imagine the temptation to run this tactic was too much for them - just get a few dollars in the coffers and by the time they figure it out, we'll be through our problem.
